We are finishing up our Wildwood winter series with these two photos. It was absolutely freezing out by the fence, but the trees looked incredible all covered in ice. I had the right idea, though, and found a cozy blanket to wrap up in while sitting on the porch swing by the cabin. It was just a really peaceful, quiet day to be outside with Joey and enjoy the winter views.

Sometimes the absolute best plans are just staying inside at home. Joey and I were just hanging out at our house in Wentzville back in 2022, relaxing in the living room. The sun was shining through the windows just right, and even our sweet dog wanted to get in on the photo with us. It is always so nice to have these quiet, comfortable moments captured forever.

Celebrating Thanksgiving is always great, but the relaxing downtime afterwards is pretty nice too! I took a quick minute to just chill and snap a relaxed selfie during our 2021 holiday trip to Dresden, Tennessee. It was the perfect quiet moment to wrap up the holiday vibes before heading back home.

Sometimes the absolute best nights are the ones with a much slower tempo. This selfie captures Joey and me just enjoying the relaxing ambiance of a nice jazz lounge together. With the band playing softly in the background and the dim lighting setting a great mood, it was a perfect picture of relaxed elegance with great company and no crazy confetti needed.
