Here is one last photo of me and Joey hanging out in our kitchen in Wildwood, Missouri, back in late June of 2018. We were just standing there looking at something on his phone together. I was still wearing my funny dog t-shirt and that pink hat with the heart on it, leaning in close with a really happy smile. Joey was wearing his blue shirt and glasses, looking pretty focused on whatever we were reading or watching on the screen. It is so nice to capture these little, everyday moments because they really show how much we just enjoy being around each other, even when we are not doing anything special.

Here is a great, casual picture of me just hanging out in our kitchen in Wildwood back in 2018. I love this shot because it is just a simple, everyday moment that perfectly shows off my fun personality. I had on my bright pink hat with the little heart and a hilarious blue t-shirt that says "I LIKE BIG MUTTS" across the front. I was just holding a pillow and relaxing by the counter when Joey took this. It is always the quiet, normal days at home like this one that end up being some of our absolute favorite memories to look back on.

Here is another fun look back at Halloween 2018 in Wentzville. This picture is a little more candid, showing me just making sure my costume was perfectly ready to go for the evening. I really like shots like this because they show the quiet, real moments right in between the big poses, just a second before our fun Halloween night really started.

Here is one last candid shot from our 2021 Thanksgiving files. Joey took this picture of me looking off to the side with a little smirk on my face. I really like this photo because it feels so natural and fun, perfectly capturing the great mood and relaxing vibe from our holiday trip down to Dresden, Tennessee.

Here is another absolute gem from our 2003 family trip down to Mississippi! While our previous shot was a perfectly planned pose, this one captures the funny, candid reality of the day. Dawne is all smiles for the camera, while little Devon decided to play shy and bury his face in laughter. It is such a sweet, spontaneous snapshot of our family travel adventures in the early 2000s.

Behind every great photo is that funny moment where you have to stop and see if you actually got the shot! These candid images capture Joey and me standing in our Grover Ridge kitchen, huddled over a little red digital camera to check our pictures. Surrounded by the comfort of our home, it is a quiet, unposed glimpse into our process of making fun memories in Wildwood.

Our kitchen on Grover Ridge Drive is not just for cooking, it is definitely the main hub for conversation and connection! These candid shots capture the relaxed social atmosphere of our day, showing me checking photo results on the camera while everyone else enjoyed their morning coffee. It is a very genuine look at the fun time we spent together right in between the posed portraits.
