The dream of Wildwood Farm · A place worth growingPresented by Groundcrew & Heather Killebrew · 314-740-7474
Progress and accountability

Here's where the dream stands.

We want supporters to know what is real, what is planned, and what must happen before Wildwood opens its gates.

Project stage: early vision and outreach. Land has not been presented as acquired, no public opening date is established, and there are no verified planting totals or fundraising amounts reported on this site.
A responsible path forward

From an idea to a place that can endure.

CHAPTER 01

Gather the founding community

Invite land leads, donor interest, volunteer skills and project partners. This is the current focus.

CHAPTER 02

Identify and evaluate land

Explore suitable properties, permissions, financing, access, soil and environmental feasibility.

CHAPTER 03

Build a responsible farm plan

Develop site design, species and stewardship policies, legal structure, funding arrangements and memorial guidelines.

CHAPTER 04

Establish the first growing areas

Subject to feasibility and resources, prepare the land, plant initial trees and document confirmed outcomes.

CHAPTER 05

Open meaningful experiences

Explore visitor and memorial programs only when the land, access, capacity and care arrangements are ready.
